Volunteer as a Lector

Love to Read and want a way to help the SKD Community?? Why not volunteer as a lector??

With the addition of the 8:00 AM Mass, our community is in need of additional lectors to read at both the 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM Masses.

Lector books will be provided, and the commitment is no more than once every 4-6 weeks, with enough volunteers!

High School Events – 1st Sunday of each Month

Did you hear the news? St. Katharine Drexel is planning a winter/spring filled with special activities for high school teens!

Come join in the fun with other teens on the 1st Sunday of each month. Due to New Year’s, our January event will be held on Sunday, January 8. Join us for bowling.

Below is a list of our scheduled events for 2023:

  • Sunday, January 8 – Bowling
  • Sunday, February 5 – Mardi Gras Lent Planning
  • Sunday, March 5 – Lenten Service Project
  • Sunday, April 2 – Hiking
  • Sunday, May 2 – Ice Cream Social Field Day
  • Sunday, July 26 – Diocesan Kings Dominion Day
