Registration for our Religious Education Program is open until August 17.

St. Katharine Drexel Mission offers faith formation classes for children in grades 1-Confirmation through our Religious Education Program. As parents, you are the primary teachers of passing the Catholic faith to your children.  Our program serves to supplement those teachings using the Diocesan curriculum and supplemental materials.

Religious Education Class Information

Our classes for the 2025-2026 school year will begin September 7, 2025 and run through early May. Classes are held at Alvey Elementary (5300 Waverly Farm Drive in Haymarket) from 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM.

Through the program, children will learn what it means to be a faith-filled Catholic and how they can apply these values to their everyday lives.

Volunteers are also needed as catechists, assistants, and hall monitors. See our Religious Education page link below for more information.
