Religious Education classes at St. Katharine Drexel Mission start this Sunday, September 16 at Bull Run Middle School from 9:10 -10:15 AM. Only students who are Pre-Registered can attend this week. However, if you haven’t registered yet, submit your registration forms this week and plan to attend classes the following week!

The Fr. Jon O’Brien Knights of Columbus Council is sponsoring the Second Annual SKD Fall Festival on Sunday, September 30 from 2:00 – 6:00 PM at Four Hills Farm, 4610 Sudley Road, Catharpin, VA. The event will feature food, entertainment, games, raffles, pumpkin sales and fellowship. Tickets are available online and after Mass.
Walking with Purpose: The Modern Woman’s Guide to the Bible is coming to St. Katharine Drexel Mission! This special Bible Study will be held at the SKD Mission Office on Thursday mornings from 8:30-10:00AM from October 4, 2018 to April 4, 2019.

The Legion of Mary Praesidium at St. Katharine Drexel invites Active and Auxiliaries Legionaires to join us at Mass as we honor our Blessed Mother & Mediatrix, Mary Queen of May and Mother of the Church. Mass will be celebrated by Father Christopher Murphy on Friday, May 18 at 10:30 AM at the Mission Office (4100 Mill Creek Road, Haymarket). Luncheon to be served immediately following. The Legion of Mary Praesidium at St. Katharine Drexel has purchased a Pilgrim Virgin Statue for our parish. The Statue is intended to make its way to the homes of our Parishioners for weekly visits. The visitation promised to bring abundant graces from Our Lady to your family. Save the date … A Retreat Day for Married Couples will be led by Fr. Paul Scalia, Episcopal Vicar for Clergy, on Saturday, July 7 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Gainesville, VA, from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Experience a profound and reflective retreat including talks, Adoration, Confession, and spiritual time with your spouse; the retreat will conclude with Mass.
